Speedy Print

I came in requested multiple quotes at 11:30 am, Whoever was in charge of giving quotes was at lunch, no one there was able to help, so I left contact details to get back in touch with me, was told ASAP. 5 pm that day still nothing. Rang up to see what was going on no one knew anything, There was no apology, interest in my quote or wanting to help resolve to issue. I canceled my quote, they weren’t fazed or apologetic. I’m sorry to say speedyprint didn’t live up to their name.

I was really impressed and happy with the stuff I got printed, They were speedy, easy to deal with smooth process from start right through to finish I highly recommend them

dreadful customer service; twice told job would be done, drove back. Wasnt! The staff member interfacing with the public at the counter and on the phone was rude, disengaged, and would be fired if this was my company.

I have been using them for over a year now and I'm very happy with them. Great service and quality prints :-)
