No issues with the food, service is friendly, but during the busier times you can spend a good 20-30 mins+ in the queue waiting for food (drive-thru).

Illegal activity!I heard a Spotify ad during my time of waiting, which tells me they have no license to be playing music.At least pay for premium!The service from staff was strange too. The guy who served me didn't know how to hand over my order. He just looked at me, and fondled the bag for a good 10 seconds. I reached out my hand to grab the bag but he held it firm and then placed it on the servery desk. So awkward!Definitely got the vibe that this McDonalds are cutting corners..Dodgy.

The wait for a simple order of mac-combo & cheeseburger... is UNBELIEVABLY LONG IN WAIT!!! This is the 5th time visiting, & it's getting worse!Definitely thinking NEVER order Maccas here again.Other stores worth visiting.

The whole centre was super busy on our way up to a performance in Auckland from the Bay. It was Friday, end of school holidays and between 4-5pm. There had been some roadworks along the expressway so traffic was heavy and slow going. I was hungry and a bit agitated by the time I got to order, so I thought the guy at the drive thru was kinda rude…none of the usual salutation, or thank you at the end. However, once we got to the pay window, he was polite and courteous, wishing us a nice weekend. Our kai didn’t take too long and it was fresh. One criticism: there is no real designated ‘waiting bay’ that I could see. It’s kind of off to the side but still part of the queue. And if you have 2 or more waiting there (like it was on this particular day), it stops everyone else in the queue from trying to order, pay, grab their food and go etc. And that’s the whole point of a drive thru right. It’s always nice to stop here by the Waikato river before or after Auckland.

Stopped here on a Northern island trip. Its got a clean bathroom and there plenty of spots to order your food.

Today the service must of been understaffed or un-efficient because there was only 3 cars lined up in the drive way but took about 40 minutes to get our order done being the 3rd car in line never ever waited that long for maccas. Won’t come back as I’ve read reviews below me with the same experience of a ridiculous wait time for such a small line of cars. Even though Pukekohe is much bigger lines it’s still considerably faster.

Very sorry for the review, I work in the area and live in another town.The wait time is long, this is a small mc dee but it's also off the exspressway where you can stop get a bite to eat.Would like faster service
