I had been trying to contact a different Laser Electrical, but they did not bother getting back to me, so I contacted Laser Electrical Manawatu and they were excellent. They booked me in quickly, and a lot faster than expected. When the electrician came out to service our heat pump he was extremely thorough. Overall very happy with both the customer service and with the technician.

I was amazed how quickly they got back to me and arranged for someone to come out to the job. Then when they did come I felt very comfortable with leaving him to go into work as I had been called in. (Very trustworthy) The account came in and gave me another exceptionally happy experience. All round fantastic people to deal with. I highly recommend.
