This business discriminates against those with disabilities. After filling up our trailer outside, we went inside with our mask exemptions to be told that we were not allowed to use our mask exemption pass, could not look around the shop for the remaining items we needed and would have to pay outside. Considering we run a building company, that’s a lot of business we won’t ever be putting through ITM again.

We own a construction company. Anyone who works in this industry knows what a challenge it can sometimes be to find reliable suppliers that stand by their product.Bryan (aka Pook) is a stand out. He does what he says he's gonna do, and is always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty.That type of customer service is well worth a premium.
