Steve from NLB are the worst company to deal with, a telecommunication company that wont answer there calls phones are down nearly one day a week a xero would be more appropriate and they are still yet to complete the contract I signed up to wish I had seen all these reviews before I went with them

wow I cannot believe he is at it again. I suggest for anyone affected to get together and do a legal case against him. It took lots of effort to get out of his previous lease term but can be done. He needs to be sent to prison.

Would do a zero star if this was an option. Does anyone know if changing/cancelling contract when the hardware is on the contract what happens to this? Do they take it back, do we pay it off etc can it be separated from the phone lines?

Tried calling this company and all I got was the answer phone. They never replied back so then I called everyday for two weeks and I even emailed them and they never got back to me . After 2 weeks of leaving messages and email they finally replied back and said they were busy and no apology . made me feel like I was not important. I have their phone line system installed into my business and at the time when they first installed my phone, the line was disturbed and nobody could call me for two days. I lost a lot of business and they never even gave me a discount or anything to make up for this. I don't recommend this company. Can't wait till my contract is over . they don't even deserve a star...

This is the worst telecommunication business that I have ever dealt with. Full of misrepresentations in their marketing strategies. The worst service that I have ever experienced in my life. I will not recommend anyone to deal with them. They make you lease equipment that is worth $600 and once you sign the lease you will forever pay the lease company even if they fail to provide the services.

The company who took over NLB have forwarded me an email that we have to pay about $9k for the equipment leasing from Simply Leasing since we have move out from them! Have contacted Fair-go on this issue.

Warning to anyone that is thinking about join this company I strongly recommend not to there phones never work .try to get hold of anyone to sort out the phones to work no one answers or just hang up on you . WORST SERVICE EVER. Can't wait for contract to end .......

It saddens me to think that we are all in the same position with this company. Unfortunately I also signed up for 5 years on the phone system that was installed within 48 hours of signing up, this was back in May 2018. Since then I am still with my original phone company and are paying for the phone system as well, which I don't need. I also had to pay more money again or the phones would be cut off/suspended using this phone system. I don't know how much time/worry and money this company has cost me but it is a lot. The person who has said they are going to approach Fair Go please do and if you need any support please don't hesitate to ask.

Glad I am not the only one! I stupidly signed up on a long term contract with this company as Steven made it seem like it would be stupid not too, said it would be cheaper, easier and better for business. What a crock. It costs WAY more than I was told in person (and more than I can afford) have had constant issues since the beginning, the phone system will randomly go down, no in coming or outgoing calls and you have no way of knowing unless someone tells you. I have lost business because of this! They dont answer calls or emails, so I actually have to just put up with it as nothing I can do. And they tell me it will cost me about 10-20k to get out of the contract. Disgusting.
