Had a really bad experience as the Shiseido sales lady pretended to give me reward points after I had my vaccine here but didn’t do it really. When I asked her about the points afterwards she refused to respond and didn’t do anything. Only because last time when she asked me to buy a package I refused! What a sales!

Usually they are good but i was treated poorly by an Asian lady named Jia today when i went there to buy a perfume. I said i would like to pay cash and card and she gave a frustrated look.Yesterday - i asked her if the price is for two or one as those two products were attached to each other, she replied ''OFCOURSE THEY ARE SEPARATE PRICE CAN YOU NOT SEE TWO STICKERS''

Hi there ! I went there today and would like to try on the lipstick and one of the Asian staff there service me , first she very friendly to me and help me, then I said I’m not to sure about the colour and I want to come back to work and ask my friend first b4 I buy it and straight away she said ok and turn her back away from me , I’m really up set wit the service, maybe she think I can not afford to buy the lipstick or something, so rude service , i will come back sometime and will have a talk to the boss there if I could

Very friendly staff. I went to smash box department and the lady in charge was very knowledgeable of the products and she def knew what she was doing.I never had a perfect match of foundation but she helped me with it and even the concealer. Very happy with the service. Thank you

I went to this pharmacy to have my ear lobes pierced. I was very dissatisfied with the lady who pierced my ears- she was very blunt with me and gave me no information once my ears were pierced. As I was distracted I didn't think to ask- but she did not tell me how long I should leave my earrings in for, how/ how often I should clean them, or that I shouldn't swim- all of which I was told when I had them pierced a few years prior. I was offered no support and post-piercing care information, and was treated with a lazy attitude. Very disappointed :(
