Went to see Ben at 32 wks pregnant suffering from bad neck and headaches - he was super helpful, calm, friendly and explained everything to me really clearly. Felt so much better walking out. Would definitely recommend him to all!

Ben is awesome, he has a gentle approach, informing you as you proceed. Very kind and great sense of humor. Always feel much better after our sessions. The practice now has a massage therapist, WOW, best massage I have had in a while, planning to get my regular sessions in before he is all booked up. Great clean spacious rooms, easy to access.

Ben came highly recommended by my husband and he did not disappoint. He was able to diagnose what could be “wrong” with my back through the interview and the front and side photos he took. Ben provided instant relief through his initial treatment. The stretching and abdominal exercises he recommended are helpful.

Having tried several other treatments over the last 3 months I went to Ben, now wish he’d been my first port of call! Woke up headache and tension free today for the first time in months. He is extremely professional and thorough.Definitely worth a regular visit to keep issues in check. He has given me some easy to follow exercises to do at home.Highly recommend a visit to Ben.
