Like most other McDonald's, it's convenience food, and coffee. I was just wasting time waiting for my next appointment. Unfortunately, the acoustics are shocking. Everything said and done at the counter can be heard with ease, and voices seem to boom around.I will say my double shot latte was very good.

Well as someone that comes from the EU, it is not a pretty MacDonald's and somehow the food is a bit worse to what I am used to. Nevertheless, the staff is really helpful and nice. Extremely friendly with lovely smiles. They are always working so much! Even if you despite the company always try to be noce to the overworked staff.

Was waiting 40 minutes for food. Ice in drink (asked for no ice), was also full sugar (ordered coke zero), had to signal someone and ask to get the hot chocolate I paid for.Fries were lukewarm and half full. Heard staff tell other customers they were out of hash browns and butter. Was expecting to be told they were out of chicken nuggets.Need to serve their customers inside waiting and shut down delivery.Extremely unhappy. Will not be back, never had these problems at Princess st. Even the plaza in the run up to Christmas has been quicker.

Worst customer service ever! I know working in a fast food especially on a night shift can be real hard but you choose to work on hospitality so a good service wouldn't hurt you. So to the teenager on the drive through,please remember to talk properly and give us 2 spoons since we ordered TWO sundaes. Staring at us while knocking on the glass window is just utterly ridiculous. Zero star if allowed.

Cleanest McDees Restaurant.My niece and I ordered burgers around 3.30pm and I needed the restroom which an older female staff member was cleaning.The restroom was immaculate, the tables, rubbish area, floor was sparkling.Let me tell you, I live in Australia and recently travelled to London, Paris, Dubai, Auckland and here in Palmerston North I have never seen a cleaner McDonald's store. Whoever owns this franchise please double your cleaning staffs salary, she is that good!By the way, the service was friendly and the meals were good too. But the cleanliness of the store was simply impressive. Keep up the fantastic work!

It was a cold and dark night.... 2 men had one mission; to get their well deserved food after a long and exhausting night out and so they began their journey to the bright m shining from far. After what felt like hours, they finally arrived... and were denied the one thing they really wanted. Starving, they had to watch the kitchen staff handing food to others while being kept from enjoying it themselfs...

I tried the hot and spicy chicken nuggets had a great heat level and tasted good but the nuggets were not crunchy enough but other than that yummy I’m not a person who likes nuggets but these I would have again

As a Maccas worker I was pleasantly surprised as the food was fresh and was tasty, the people were nice. I went through the drive through and the environment is pretty gritty.
