Winger Motors North Shore - Subaru, Suzuki, Jeep, Ram

Originally I came onto the dealership to look at a car and briefly spoke with Vukan. He was very helpful and gave me his card. I told him I would get back to him in a couple of days. When I returned to speak about my trade in & do a deal, Vukan was away, but I dealt with Clint who I knew from the past. Clint arranged the trade in price for the car, which I was happy with. When I came back to actually do the deal, I dealt once again with Vukan. He was very professional, very easy to deal with and very pleasant. He sorted out a few paint issues with his groomers and when we picked it up it was in absolutely pristine condition.So all in all, it was a very pleasant buying experience from Winger Northshore.I would have no hesitation in recommending Winger Northshore along with Vukan & Clint.

Awesome service from the branch with the orchestration by our salesperson Vukan who finalized our purchase in a speedy time and organized the delivery with the help of the team quicker than ever. Just want to say how impressed I and my wife (Kathy) were with the service and advice of Logan at your N. Shore out. A month ago we purchased a new Subaru Forester SX and Logan (and Clint) were amazing, answering all our questions and at no time did we feel under pressure to buy. Extremely poor service from Jeep.We went to compare the Subaru Forester and the Jeep Compass. At Subaru we had excellent service, but if you want to look at the Jeep you have to go through the Jeep service staff.After about 5 min of second glances, and nobody even bothering to get up from their desks, from Jeep staff, we left and went to VW to test drive the Tiguan. Where again we received excellent service. It's not that they were busy. we were the only people there. They just could not be bothered.If you receive this level of service from the sales staff before you buy, how bad must the service be after you've already made the purchase. I can just imagine.That is why I don't service my Jeep at Winger.

Came in with the intention of buying something we didn’t actually need. Mark Roscoe steered us in the right direction to the best bang for buck model for us which was actually cheaper than what we originally planned to buy . This shows he has a proper passion for what he does and it isn’t just a cash grab, which is the reason we will be returning in the future. Following up few tiny issues mark has sorted asap . One of the best salesman I have met in my life who truely cares about what he’s selling and putting his customers in the right car for them . A+ service from Mark Roscoe at winger Suzuki.

Outstanding customer service!!I raised a problem with Wingers by email and didn' t expect to get a response for a couple of days.Barely 15 minutes after I had sent email I received a call to advise me that the problem was acknowledged, more importantly fixed !!!Now that is SERVICE

Terrible customer service!We have had several experiences with Winger North Shore and every time I dread it. They are awful to deal with, unprofessional, unreliable and very costly. You can't even complain through their website. I have phoned on a previous experience, just to be laughed at.
