Great service, staff treat you with respect ad you alway walk in to smiling faces. Place is clean and tidy and appears well organised and spacious passage down the isles.

Girls in deli were amazing very helpful and polite on Saturday :-)

First of all, I must say that the store layout is very confusing, there are about 3 isles with different drinks, most of the items are not categorized very well. The store can be quite dark and in the evenings all new product to go on the shelfs is layed out on the floor.. Which is not only a trip hazard but also a health a safety for food hygiene. On a positive note, if you can't find what you're looking for, the staff are always super friendly and are glad to help.

Count down is well known for out of date..best before dates and yes I was their latest casualty with flour a month out if BBefore dates.

New and shiny, a dedicated pick up section to the left of the entrance.Carpark has plenty of spaces, amazing to finally see a Carpark with a decent amount of mobility and maternity parking spaces located directly up along the front face of the building.Plenty of variety and quantity of items available, self checkouts are also available.

Very odd experience. The people before me had brought wine. All 3 were obviously adults of Asian heritage, the woman on checkout rang bell for shift manager to come scan her ID for alcohol sales. After ringing multiple times and the manager walking away she finally came over thenThey asked to see ID for the wine, one person had their passport on them, the others left them in car. Both women on checkout refused to sell wine saying they looked underage. It was very bad service and felt very racist.All 3 of them looked old enough to drink wine. They had to take it out and remove it.Whole situation is bad when I have brought alcohol with my teenage children with me in the same shop. One who looks like he's very young.

It's new!!! And I am biased to a point. It is compact, clean, modern and fits the districts needs. Staff are friendly and helpful.Be mindful that parking is tight and much is happening in the area with building works.

Best sandwiches from a supermarket I've ever had. There were only sandwiches with meat on display but the friendly guy at the deli made me a vegetarian sandwich which was very tasty!
