Deluxe pedicure. Owner was rude because I was 10 minutes late due to sitting in my car for two passwords to get in. There was nothing deluxe about it. Unprofessional, scary and rude owner.Because I was late I couldn’t have French polish. Laying on back for polish, never shown the red. Should be offered rolled towels under legs and arms. The one star is that despite the owner being so rude and scary, the service not deluxe or done properly- the other lady was nice and friendly and she did do the polish very well, shame I don’t like the colour.In response to your reply… that’s a lie - I had a gift voucher with me for a start. I did not fall asleep. And because I couldn’t have the French tip, I didn’t know what colour to get. I changed my mind during the massage, which I am entitled to do and I was not shown the reds. Not only that afterwards I checked my reminder and it said 4.10pm so I wasn’t even late in the first place. Sorry for having to scroll through 2 days worth of emails to get inside the building. So rude.

I had a lash tint and Brow tint done today by Alana. Really enjoyed catching up with her before I have my baby. She always does a nice job of my brows and lashes. I have seen her several times now for lash lift tint Brow shape and tint and I always have a good experience with her and she is amazing at her craft.

Extremely happy and satisfied with the result, I really do appreciate your time and effort. Loving the shape of my eyebrow for the first time.

Amazing service and overall experience!!Victoria was incredible. She worked on my eyebrows and it was the first time I’ve gone through an appointment without a single tear. I’m usually in tears when getting my eyebrows done but I think Victoria has magic powers because not only did I leave without a tear, I left feeling happy about the service I received and my eyebrows looking amazing. Thank you Victoria, I’m coming back to you if I’m ever in Hamilton again.

Beautiful facial experience & super relaxing atmosphere. Alana had a very calming presence and made feel comfortable from the get-go. She gave super helpful skin health tips and an incredible massage with my facial. 100% recommend, thank you Alba Beauty!
