Prompt service, and very quick, no mucking about. Sadly I could have got the same results using a rug doctor myself. There were areas that had old rabbit pee stains I wanted done. Other carpet cleaners I have usedin the past have had the option of spot cleaning certain areas in an attempt to try to lift the stains, this wasnt done. I was told when I booked them that these stains may not come out but I feel they didnt make much effort trying.

Used for a full spring clean of 7 hours. Did not perform all tasks that were quoted. Did not clean windows and frames in several rooms. Did not clean ceilings as requested. Stayed longer than agreed timeframe which cost extra. Some areas cleaned extremely well like the oven, others missed completely. Would advise being very clear on expectations when booking.

We have used Franklin Carpet Cleaning twice now and both times have been absolutely amazing, such lovely staff who take their time and complete the job thoroughly. We used them for a full exit clean of a house that we were selling and to come and clean our current house (ceilings, windows etc) will be recommending to my work who manage properties and need good cleaners for exit cleans etc :-)
