Service was below average and what I paid for was a waste of money. Would not recommend - thought they’d be good because the ambience is beautiful. However, they rush your nails (they weren’t even even busy). Lucky I didn’t pay for anything else; thought I’d trial them before I pay for anything more :)

Kayla did my nails and they are beautiful. She gave them some extra sparkle. They have lasted for 2 weeks, I’ll be back for more this week!

Awesome service, myself and my 7yr old got a basic buff, shape and paint (twinning). Kayla was our nail technician, she was friendly and patient with my daughter whose only experienced this 1 other time, I wish I had done them here for her 1st time as well, lots of customers, so that says a lot about their establishment and service. We will definitely be returning.Thanks again Kayla and team!

So so so impressed with this place! Highly recommend Kayla, she was amazing! Not only did she recommend a colour to me based on the colour I already had on my nails, but she also recommended a new nail shape for me that compliments my fingers so much more.

I had my Gel acrylics done at the salon and i asked the lady to do a basic french tip which she charged me $20 extra also i paid $104 just for a normal acrylic gel extension all my nails have different sizes i asked the lady for a specific length and she told me to just keep it short as my nail bed is not big enough to hold that length. I have had done longer nails before but the service that i received was ridiculous the gel polish was all over my cuticles she also filed my nails so deep i could actually see red marks on the nails as i think she went really deep while filing my nails she was in such a rush that she did my nails in 30minutes so rough and unprofessional two of my fingers started bleeding and she didn’t even cared to clean the blood off my cuticles and started to polish my nail and cure it my nail started stinging under the curing light sides of my nails are do untidy and looks really bad charging me so much for such a pathetic service everyone should be aware of the service they give it’s so unacceptable.

The team made room for me and seated me for service right away. There was a bit of a wait because it was so busy but once someone was able to do my nails, they gave their full and undivided attention to my service. They were chatty and friendly, did exactly what I had asked and shaped my nails perfectly. They were gentle with my injured nail and took some extra time to make sure it came out perfectly, pain free. They also had a great range of colours for sns and gel.They encourage bringing in inspo pictures and will do what they can to get the result you want.If you go outside of peak hours, the experience will be wonderful!

My gel nails were lifting from another place as they were too thick. Lovely young lady gently removed the gel from my nails by soaking and then gently scraping off checking to see it wasn’t painful throughout. She carefully tidied my cuticles (impressed as she didn’t trim the eponychium as most places incorrectly do). She was sure to gently buff with the electric tool the remaining cuticle on the nail to ensure a good base for the gel. She then had her coworker takeover to paint the gel. This older Vietnamese woman was very thorough and gentle, taking care to wrap the nail tips in gel. The cost was very reasonable for 55$. One star removed as I didn’t see any liners in the spa baths being used and also the quality of the gel itself is not high grade with very small bubbles if you look closely. The nail files were new to each customer and the tools sterilised. Would happily have another manicure here.

Really good customer service & a nice looking salon - although, unfortunately I am extremely disappointed in the outcome of my nails.They were done really poorly, and for the price of $85 + $10 for 4 French tips was extremely overpriced for how they turned out.All my nails are natural except for 3 that had broken, so I had tips added, the tips are longer than my natural nailsTheir is a brush hair stuck under the clear coat of the thumbAnd they are filed crooked & blunt.It is just an overall poor job.I am very disappointed.

Unfortunate bad experience for my second time going, as my first time last year was a delight! Walked in and was served right away, paid and was told to come through as they were free on the spot and did not tell us about any wait time etc. Was told to sit in the foot spa with water running (Pedicure) and my sister was told to sit at a nail table for her manicure. We had gotten there at 3:10pm and by 3:45pm, nobody had come to serve us again, my feet were still soaking in the foot spa and by this time, obviously wrinkly lol. Asked for a towel to dry and a refund, which was done. Disappointed, but the smallest of things such as checking in with us to let us know of a wait time, to apologise for the wait or even to tell us from the beginning to come back in 20 minutes would have improved the experience. Will not return again :)
