We were recommended Andy at Expertworx to do a Healthy home inspection on our home. Every part of the process was extremely professional. Andy was fantastic to deal with, letting us know what additional information he required for the report, regarding our wood fire and quoting on the under floor insulation we needed and then installing. I would highly recommend Andy and his team.

Had a ground moisture barrier fitted under my house. Everything from communication to workmanship was efficient and completed to a high level. Price was also very competitive. Would definitely recommend Expertworx and will be contacting them for other jobs I need done in the future!

I had the pleasure of engaging the professional services of Andy and his team at expert worx. The work his team did was very professional. It was not an easy job maintaining the landscape, however his team at expert worx had no issues with the job at hand. I have had the house for 10 years in central Auckland and the garden looks absolutely amazing 10/10! I would recommend this business for their professional advice and expertise.
