I feel genuine care from the team and they go out of their way to ensure that my individual needs are met. Products and services are of absolute quality and the Neo setting is absolutely stunning - it's a peaceful and happy place.

Martin and Michelle (whom I have only dealt with but have no doubt the other staff members work with the same ethic) are very professional and offer a high level of service. The environment at Neo Skin Lab is pristine and a very relaxing and welcoming place to enter. I congratulate them (belatedly) on their new premises. Martin and Michelle have gone above and beyond with their help for me.

I get regular DMK enzyme treatments and Amber is a fabulous aesthetician! She is great at working with you to meet the needs of you and your skin, and makes you feel a million bucks when you leave! Michelle and Veronica are also always a pleasure. Nothing is ever a problem and everyone at Neo is so lovely and accomodating. Definitely recommend to anyone who is wanting to improve their skin from the inside out

Michelle and Amber are so professional and lovely! They are a pleasure to visit, and their treatments are just incredible. I can recommend the DMK treatments and the Aquagold Facials - both are just amazing and you walk out feeling like a new person!
