I took my laptop to Clemens. He cleared the viruses, sorted the issues with the operating system and upgraded to Windows 10 - all within a 24hr timeframe. He advised me what he was going to do when I dropped the laptop in. Then when I picked it up the next day I was most surprised at the costs a lot less than I expected. He is an amazing, knowledgeable computer technician, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend him and his business. Ka nui te mihi ki a koe (Thakyou) Clemens. Have a safe and Merry festive season.

I appreciate the time he takes to explain what is needed, an estimate of the cost and when it will be ready before we go ahead. He is friendly and reliable.
