Huapai Roast meal
The fried chicken here is too salty which ruins the experience. Otherwise potatoes are nice and the price is reasonable.

Yum potatoes, nicely flavoured! Just wish they were hotter in temperate (as opposed to Luke warm)

Huapai Roast make amazing food, the man who serves the counter has every time made my meal to exactly how I asked. Their pork is amazing and juicy, with a good amount of fat for flavour and a LOT of meat. The pork crackling is amazing and the potatoes crispy, will definitely continue to go back.

Best of the roast places in Kumeu, superior potatoes and great meat and gravy. Lovely welcoming staff. Apple crumble and custard is pretty good too, but heat it up a bit at home.

Passing through on our way home after a visit to South Head. There are so many pizza places in Huapai now! There was parking right outside. You could easily miss it. Loved this hidden gem tucked away by the pink spot...hate it's not a pink spot anymore, but anyway... the roast shop kai (food) was yummy. We ate in because the food would have gone cold if we had waited to get home. Roast pork meal and roast lamb meal. Good service, good prices, no complaints at all. Happy we stopped in. Def recommend you stop in too

I've only tried the potatoes, but OMG they are amazing. Amazing service. Sometimes if you're really lucky, you'll get an extra potato. I cant wait tomorrow to get some delicious food!

Order pork, potatoes, gravy, coleslaw, and chicken. Was great and will be back. The gravy and coleslaw was amazing kfc eat your heart out. Just right not too salty and not dry. Also noticed they did sandwiches and were fairly busy. Great service, great food and made my kid's happy
