Zane was very prompt in his response to my enquiry and made himself available to fit in with my timeframes. The report was detailed and included many photos and recommendations that enabled me to get a thorough insight and view of the House. More importantly, the report allowed me to make an informed offer. The price for the report was also reasonable and compared well with other quotes.Once the report was sent, Zane also followed up with a phone call to check in.I certainly recommend him to any potential buyers.
