Went in for grey coverage & blonde streaks. After 3-4hrs of waiting, I came out with the same colour hair. The hairdresser tryed to blame me for box dying my hair to much. Then charged me $120 for just covering my grey's, which grew back a week later. (They either use cheap dye or have inexperienced workers). Very disappointed when I left as I had to leave my baby at home & wanted my hair nice for my dad's unveiling.

As I am new to Gizzy, I was not sure where to go for a haircut. I happened to browse for a few places and called a few but all of them gave me a ridiculous wait time of a week. Nova Hair on the other hand asked me to walk in as soon as possible and would fit me in. Amazing ambience, great music and brilliant services!! Special thanks to Sophie for understanding my need and giving me an awesome haircut. Thank you Sophie and team Nova. You guys are awesome!!

I had an appointment at 7pm with Sophie, she's a 3rd year trainee and the best hairdresser I have been able to find in years! I showed and explained exactly what I wanted and she executed perfect! The is the happiest I have ever felt with a hair cut, she will from now on be my regular go to girl. To the manager of Nova, give this girl a pay rise, she is a asset to your business.
