Orleans Chicken & Waffles
The chicken itself was delicious and crispy but the coleslaw was incredibly BITTER. We were astonished by how bitter it was. Not salty or spicy - but super bitter. We brought this to the attention of the service staff. They asked the chef who just shrugged. All three staff on duty shrugged off my query and showed no care. I am writing this in case this incident leads to any kind of health risk to me and my family.

We were very disappointed with our experience here. We waited almost half an hour for our food and when it finally came out it was stone cold. When we asked why the staff was rude and bothered by our request. Overall we are not happy with this place and service would not recommend. Would give 0 if I could.

Am having my coffee from here as the blend is mojo. I can only comment on coffee ☕️ I had a soy flat white. It is very good. Staff pleasant and their eating area is clean.

Beware, you have to pay $2 to have waffles in your burger which I didn’t see in their menus. The order took some time and the place was under staffed during peak hours. The interior is cool with the lights but it’s quite dirty as no one had time to clean the tables. The burger buns were quite dry and was average. Curly fries was good tho.

Have been here for a pre-flight meal twice in the last two months. The first time was just for the novelty of trying chicken and waffles and it was sooo good. Today we stopped in again, this time to try the burgers and was just as good as our first visit. Lady working front of house is lovely as well. Beer on tap, fresh coffee and great kai. Will definitely be back on our next trip.

Wanted to try something different from the standard pre flight maccas and other surrounding outlets.Burgers were a bit pricy, especially when they come with no sides or a drink. Think my stomach got full from looking at the price. Above all a decent score of 4 for taste, flavor, decor of location. Missed out on a 5 star for value.

Not as good as the Christchurch one was. Doesn't have alcoholic milk shakes. But unlike the Christchurch one, it does have the distinct advantage of still existing in 2023. Also conveniently located in the Auckland location most easily accessed from Christchurch.

Pre flight so grabbed something for dinner.... $19 for half a dozen boneless nibbles.Was tasty, not dry, but definately not worth $19Lovely friendly service

We had the Nutella waffles but didn’t expect it to be pre-made packaged waffles instead of freshly made! Very dry and the dish was more Nutella than anything else. Coffee was also bland and tasted like instant coffee. Definitely not worth the price!
