GMC (Get Me Cycling)

Was given qoute on 11 july 2022 told have all spatrs instore to service my bike. Then phoned on the 13th july 2022 an was told they dont want to service my bike an they sold spare parts to another customer. An was told to never stop foot into there shop. And was told they dont care if I put in a bad report about them. Very un professional.

Popped in to see these guys last week for a part for my son's mountain bike, which to be honest I thought would have cost an arm and leg and been a hard part to find and get hold of. Well they went one better and that was to find a replacement part (2nd hand) that was the perfect fit and to top it off, gave it to us for FREE. Unbelievable, great work guys and thank you so much. 5 out of 5 stars from me and we will be a returning customer evermore and always recommend you to friends and family!Nik

GMC Cycling & the team have been amazing to deal with. They fitted me out with a great Trek road bike, plus all the gear as I had to start from scratch again. The price was right, the bike fitting was spot on and all was delivered as promised, despite the challenging times for retailers sourcing product. Dan, Gordy's mechanic is the best & his experience, in-depth knowledge & can do attitude is such a change from the young mechanics in most of the big brand stores that offer nothing but a tick the box service offering. Call it trust, but I also call it shopping local & supporting people that care about their clients.Shame we can only rate this at 5 stars.......

Excellent job servicing my bike! They really know how to get your bike to feel brand new again. My road bike was in rough shape when I had dropped it off, they hooked me up with a carbon repair on my fork. Now the bike looks like it did they day I got it 5 years ago. Very happy with their work. Thanks guys.

Always have a blast here. And I'm not the only one. From teenagers to older folk, there's always people at the shop getting their bikes serviced or getting new bikes. Always with a smile on their faces. It's easy to spot how everyone trusts Gordon and Dan. The shop is not close to me but it doesn't matter. It's my go-to bike shop.

Every Cyclist needs a great LBS and GMC is mine. Gordy and Dan have been servicing my bikes over many years and I have always had great service. No job too big or small. Worth popping in just for a chin wag, although I normally end up leaving with something. The online store is also worth a visit as has a good range of products and delivery has been fast.

Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Thanks for quickly diagnosing and fixing my worn out disc brake pads, which would have otherwise imminently caused me much bigger problems. Also, thanks for your subsequent advice over the phone, which I followed...and it worked (saving me another few hours).
