I can't rate Wet Sparky Pumps high enough. We were let down by another company and I googled and found Wet Sparky. I texted the 24 hour number on a Friday evening and received a call back shortly after.A visit the next morning was promised, they turned up as promised, kept me in the loop and by Monday, everything was sorted at a fraction of what I expected.Highly recommend and they are now our preferred company to look after our pump

The team at The Wet Sparky are great. Thanks for sorting out our water pump issue. It is great to be able to get one company to manage the whole repair from the electrical to the piping. It is great to be able to use the rainwater from our tank for our toilets and gardens. Great work on the switchboard upgrade.

He has amazing customer service skills.Showed up exactly when expected and completed the job very efficiently for the quoted estimate. Also really straightforward about what we could potentially do ourselves to keep costs down. Quick and painless - would highly recommend them to friends, family, and anyone else in need!

Pieter installed a new Davies pump for us. He really knows his pumps and was able to come over on relatively short notice. Friendly too and would have been 5 stars if he wouldn't have charged us the full fee for his travel time plus a vehicle charge on top which was the first time I've had this experience.

Installed a sewage pump system upgrading our old installation. Really competitive quote and did the job quickly. Even came on the weekend 2 weeks later for a follow-up issue for free. Would recommend!

It was obvious to me he is a very experienced honest tradesman with high standards of workmanship he adheres to. Cheerful, very positive attitude and a dedicated family man it seemed to me. HIs ability to fit in my urgent job was fantastic. His multitude of qualifications helped make my job a seamless one along with his connections with associated services. Enquired about our water pressure and the Wet Sparky responded offering suggestions. He reviewed pictures of our correct system and gave further advice - none of which were pushing his services onto us, but the best way to achieve our desired solution. Super friendly and helpful, quick to respond via phone and text and helped us out even though it didn’t get him a job!! Will keep Wet Sparky details saved for any future jobs we may have!! 5 ⭐️
