We had the outdoor canopy and also got the blinds. Shade scape frabricate their own pergola, Jack and Sam were super amazing to deal with. They came back few times and made sure everything was working well and their service is outstanding.

I love my new deck canopy, and it is such a pleasure to recommend Sam and Jack of Shadescape Ltd. I really liked the quality look of their canopies, so contacted them for a quote. Sam was very helpful with the design of the large canopy covering an odd shaped deck, which I really appreciated. Communication was absolutely excellent; answered all my questions promptly, and kept me informed every step of the way with timelines, etc. I also really appreciated the fact that they went the extra mile with a couple of items I wanted such as painting the downpipe so it matched with the canopy colour. I’m thrilled with the end result, as are Sam and Jack, and I am very grateful to them for making this canopy installation so easy and such a positive experience for me. We enlisted the help of the Shadescape team a matter of just weeks before Christmas. We never imagined that we could have anything built to accommodate our Christmas do's. Well !!! were we surprised. We had Jack & his team install our first Shadescape which immediately made our curb appeal increase amazingly on top of being a wonderful place to enjoy, so when we moved to our new home, the number one item we did was get Jack and his team to install another Shade scape cover for us. Great to deal with Brian Burfoot, gave really good advice and provided excellent service. Got the pergola done before Christmas 2019 and now the motorized screens are installed, it’s just amazing. Sam and Jack were pleasure to deal with, gave good ideas and provided really good after service with few extra bits & pieces, really professional people to deal with. Went to premises. Open but nobody in the office area. Walked into factory no body bothered to greet us or see what we wanted. Left disappointed and frustrated.
