Walked in excellent staff st waiting room and very tidy with flowers or plant to brighten the waiting room. Was seen on time and sorted all paper work out with no problems.

We could never get a hold of Haiyan. She was unprofessional and she blamed us for “threatening” her receptionist when I called the office. I called the office and left a message for her and understandably I was already upset because of the stressful process. I will never use her service even if these were offered for free.

Service from this lawyer is very poor. We hardly able to communicate them. The receiption has no satisfactory respose for the client and always refers to the Haiyan who never pick up her call. Its frustrating! I recommend DONT TAKE SERVICE!!!
