Buddhi
I began practicing at Buddhi Shala when it first opened, from having very few students to full classes. Rika has created the kindest & caring community, a place where we not only practice yoga together but also connect with others that share the same journey. I see all sorts of people there, from teenagers to seniors, all with different backgrounds, and physical fitness, and everyone has been warmly welcomed. I'm so grateful for our community and how much it helps us in our daily lives. Thank you so much, Rika :)
