Don’t bother going anywhere else but here. I’ve been to cheaper places yes but the customer service at Gazley Kapiti is next to none. They are honest, efficient and have great communication. Navigating the website is simple and booking anything is easy. Debbie the administrator is also very lovely.I had a service completed so quickly and yet they found faults that others did not which I was relieved about. Booked it in and everything has been fixed at an affordable price, once again quickly. They even vacuumed my car for me which was so kind. Highly recommend and will be referring all friends and family!

Dropped my car off for its first service. Was able to book a day and time that was convenient for me. They sent a text when it was ready. When I picked it up a couple of hours later the car was cleaned inside and out. Friendly receptionist made for a great experience, thanks guys awesome job.

After discovering that an oil change place had used a faulty oil filter I took my Touareg here and they serviced it beautifully. Would highly recommend this team. They take care of my first generation Touareg so well I love going here. Cheers to the team for being so honest with me
