Narellan Pools Waikato

Great install. Gave a date, stuck to it, pool in very quickly and allowed later trades to get their parts done quickly also.

We recently had a new pool through Narellan Pools Waikato. The Narellan staff and all contractors involved were amazing! We are speechless with how easy the process is and how amazing the guys are. We will continue to recommend Narellan and your team to our customers as we already have done, but most definitely will continue. You guys rock!

We have recently had a Grandeur 11 pool installed by Narellan pools Waikato. During installation, we hit some issues with soil conditions. With John's expertise and experience , he was able to navigate through this and come up with practical affordable solutions. John and Jacque along with all staff onsite were great to deal with, offering advice and tips along the way. We have also had two other family members have pools installed by Narellan Waikato in recent months. Highly recommend.By the way, we have same surname as John and Jacque but not related in any way. We did try for an extra whanau discount, lol.

Great service and communication throughout, professional installation team. No hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Not usually one to complain however spending over $100k with these people only to have a sub-par experience and a poor install I would seriously avoid. There are many other installers that WILL come in at a better price, give a top quality finish with great communication as we have only learnt after the fact.Really disappointed with the outcome and the ensuing arguments with Narellan to rectify

The team at Narellan were fantastic. Grant was on site for the install during a very busy Summer season and helped with every detail. The pool was ready just in time for Christmas as they worked so hard to get it done in time. We recently needed help with moving the pump shed during renovations and Miguel and Andrew were so helpful and great with advice and their time.Would recommend.

I used Narellan pools because I liked there approach and professional manner when going through the process of deciding which company to use. Jacque and John have so much experience that it really shows and I felt very confident right from the start to the finish. I would highly recommend, great people, great company and excellent product. Superb service from John and Jacque at Narellan Pools. They really helped create what is now our own bit of paradise through guiding us in selecting the right pool to fit our site, along with tiles, tanning ledge design, and general landscaping. The pool has transformed our back yard and we really appreciated the expertise offered by them and their team. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering a new pool.
