We have just sold our much-loved home of 15 years in Wilton, Wellington. Our two lead agents, Paul Titcombe and Nick Major, made the whole process as painless as possible, and at times, even almost a pleasure. They complement each other really effectively: Paul is a details person who notices every imperfection and immediately suggests a practical and achievable remedy, while Nick is warm, reassuring and funny, and told us over and over how much he loved our house. Tania & Paula from Lowe & Co are absolutely amazing!! The whole process was stress-free and easy with great communication every step of the way. They got our property to market so quickly, organised the builders report and property staging, which looked beautiful and really helped showcase our home. I met Nick Mahan at an open home 7 months ago. He was very kind and professional and he quickly got senses on what property I was looking for. He took me to see around a few properties which all were very close to my favourites, that really helped me save time. He took responsibility of any issues of the properties he introduced even though it had come to the offering stage. He is also very patient. He knew what I wanted and he helped me finally find a lovely property after 7 months. I just settled in today , I am so happy and excited with our achievement! Thanks Nick, you did a great job !
