Doctor canceled my appointment, they have been chasing me trying to get me to pay for the appointment that never happened. After numerous emails and phone calls that are not answered I'm putting in in here. Let see if someone will finally get back to me !!!

I am one of the patients here for 7-8mo now and unsure why people have rated them this bad. From the doctors, nurses and receptionist, they all being great to deal with and customer services is top notch. You could actually book a GP without waiting for weeks.

I and someone else I know have had poor experiences. Nice offices, handily location but incredibly difficult to make appointments.Would recommend avoiding Dr Brunt, but haven’t had experience with other doctors in this practice.

My partner waited over an hour for his appointment, complained to lady at the desk after 45 minutes and she didn't care. Ended up paying $50 to be told to go somewhere else. Only seem to care about money. Told my 21 Yr old partner that only old people get arthritis just terrible. We weren't the only ones waiting for over an hour seemed like everyone had too.

Always behind on schedule. Waited nearly an hour one time and family member had the same issue. Now today I booked my son's immunization in advance and got an email saying it was canceled a few hours before the appointment. Rang them to find that nurses finish at 1pm and the appointment was booked for 4.15pm. Should never have been booked. Definitely changing doctors!

This place is one of the worst doctors I've ever been too. My first appointment they made me come in to tell me that I need an appointment at the emergency doctors just so they could charge me $40. The second appointment I came in with the worst virus ever which was possibly the measles at that point and they didnt give me any medication they even forgot to give me panadol useless careless overpaid inhumane people.

After I got my medical records I found Dr. Kim made a story which opposite what I said.They are nice and good to listen but No caring at all.
