C T Electrical installed a vented heat pump and we caught them trying to install 2nd hand parts instead of new. Called and spoke to the office lady 4 times over 2 weeks to report fault. She says she will call back but doesn’t. Water pouring from the under floor unit onto electrical cables. We are having to get another company to fix the fault.
