One star to their loyalty scheme.I got advised by one of their staff to save the credit for later use as my purchase qualified for two more stickers. However, my request to use it today got refused as it was considered used and the staff from last time is on leave.The owner came out and advised to confront the staff when he is back and they won't do anything about it.Please make sure you use the discount right way to avoid the furture confusion.

这家店唯一工作的人真的很讨厌他的工作。根本没有顾客服务。当顾客询问时，他看起来很烦。他不应该被雇用到这个职位。The only person working in this shop really hates his work. No customer service at all. He looks so annoyed when customers ask simple questions. He should not be hired for this position.
