Great products, fast delivery to AKL

Absolutely shocking. Tried to fob me off when their courier lost my package and said it was down to covid staff shortages, even though I had pointed out that tracking hadn't moved since it was picked up so it had clearly been left somewhere or lost. After expressing my disappointment in their response to the situation there were a few days of back and forth emails where they just clearly didn't read anything I wrote so I requested they redirect it back to them and give me a refund because it was just getting ridiculous. Then I had to contact them again because they refunded me incorrectly. I did get an apology a week after I requested the refund but that was a bit late by then. I can't comment on the product obviously because I never received it. Absolutely disgusting attitude and zero customer service skills. All they had to do was contact the courier to see what they could find out. Not exactly hard.

One of my absolute favorite grocery stores. A HUGE range of US goods incl foods and cleaning/personal hygiene. Extra friendly and helpful staff. Very wide range of goods available for wholesale and personal. Highly recommend!

Visited the store in Hamilton for the very first time from taranaki. Was very impressed with the little store and the wonderful woman behind the counter who was very friendly and great conversation. Will be ordering and visiting again. Amazing.

Highly recommend. Ordered online and received my package fairly fast. I have some really happy kids with a box full of goodies. 10/10

This is EXACTLY how a business should operate. I ordered my 'hankering' for some Twinkies (the first time in at least 12 years!) on Xmas eve 2022, then I receive updated courier tracking and notifications en route and had them delivered 5 days later (including Xmas!). Not only that, they also sent me some candies too!. TOTALLY RECOMMEND these guys... Fast turnaround, easy website sale, communications and product packaging! Infact I gave them a call to compliment them... which I rarely do! Thanks so much guys and gals at International Foods! Would definitely trade again! :)
