ECCC helps our small business recover money owed (that we've effectively written off!) when former customers stop taking our calls. We find them quite effective and they take care of arranging long-term payment plans where we can be hands off and not worried if a customer misses a payment.

This review refers to our dealings with Stacey Russell based in Papamoa. We recently rebranded our business while at the same time relocating to sunny BoP. We had older terms of trade and after meeting Stacey for a discovery meeting, found her knowledge of financial understandings with SMEs to be extremely beneficial to what we were needing and she highlighted several areas of what was our old ToT that actually wouldn't have helped us should have needed them. She was very thorough with her questions to get best understanding of our business, our values and more importantly our clients. After initial debrief we decided to go ahead with all of her recommendations with regards to a more comprehensive ToT that included e-commerce when we start our online store as part of business. The package includes all onboarding documents, contracts and everything in between. Fortunately, we have not needed to refer to ToTs however, client feedback that we are thorough with 'paperwork' and 'professional' with our documents ensures us that we have made right decision to have Stacey involved with an important part of our business.
