Very disappointed! I have purchased the oriental mint lamb chops and they were spicy (shouldn’t be spicy) and this has happened twice this month!!! the lady Liza (duty manager) was very rude and laughed about it . A boy had helped me in the meat department which was good and he has given my details to the manager to contact me tomorrow morning. I hope this can be resolved by the workers and that no other customer has to waste their time and energy going through what I have to.

Had heard stories that to avoid this place, total opposite. Plenty of space to move in the aisles and good range of fruit, vege,meat and your other needs.Service was quick and efficient, parking lot was a bit small so could be a challenge during peak times.

Shocking customer care and staff. Making simple things like putting groceries in bags way take twice and long as needed as they won't allow it to be done at the checkout. Rude service staff. Management who don't have reasons for the rules they want staff to follow that make no sense and of anything slow down the service to customers

A very popular store, currently with reduced parking available due to upgrade work. Store and product aisles are busy. Fruit and vege location creates a real bottleneck at times.

Very dissatisfied with your service. I always do an online order. This week there was multiple missing items, not the first time (all they say is we will refund you) No other form of compensation. I received a whole tub of expired, rotten strawberries that I had to throw in the bin. Just bought them yesterday. Not okay!

PAC'nSAVE. Always competitive. Good basic stock. However, a lack of knowledgeable staff makes it hard for invalids. Not to mention emigrant business owners. that take up invalid parking when these physically able ppl have the choice of parks all over the carpark. Not only that, showing little respect and empathy to others while going through PAK'nSAVE Whangarei.
