Ordered goods with the promised that they would be delivered by today. I’ve phoned repeatedly but get put through to Australian office. They say business was sold recently and they can’t follow up. I’ve been promised a call back for the last couple of days but nothing. No call, no order confirmation no goods. Paypal account also looks like it’s going to someone’s personal account and not the business. Hopefully things get sorted but I won’t hesitate to lodge proceedings at Disputes Tribunal if it doesn’t. At the moment I’d suggest avoid this company.
