The physio treatments seemed to help but I experienced unpleasant moments when my allocated therapist had different clients at once and left the treatment room several times to look after other clients. He rushed between rooms and I had to wait for up to 10min for him to come back and continue my treatment. It didn't seem to be worth going for me anymore and felt rushed and processed. However, if they are not too much under time pressure and have a better booking system in place, the level of expertise and knowledge would be really good..

Excellant sevice and very friendly. They listen to your needs and help you reach your goals of getting better. Emails arrive the day before your appointments so you dont forget. And very accomadating in changing your appointments if you have to change your days or times.

This place is awesome. All of the staff members are really helpful and friendly. The physiotherapy that I have received from this place is just incredibly awesome. My injured muscles started feeling relaxed just after a single session. They book further sessions and send a reminding reminder 24 hours before your appointment. Overall, I am very satisfied with the services offered by Flex Physio Papakura. Keep up the good work team!!!!

Great friendly team, sadly only had limited appointments here due to virus and current lockdown. They are closed as off 24th March 2020 for anyone who is unsure. Overall the facility is good, it looks small from the front but it's fairly large when you go in. Customer parking is available at the front, if that's full there is plenty of off street parking as well. The pricing of various treatments can be seen on the photos I've uploaded.
