Probably fine if you do regular business with them, but I went to the Penrose branch as a new customer and literally could not get anyone to come to the counter. I rang the bell mutliple times and even knocked on doors when i heard voices on the other side, but no one came to help. The place was a ghost town and i was otherwise ignored. Inversely the Albany site staff were hugely helpful and amazing to deal with. Get a receptionist guys or just lock the doors and put a sign up.
