We work with Mooi Skin and have always been very impressed with how they operate. You can tell the owner has put a lot of time and care into her business to ensure their customers get a great experience. Many people there appear to be repeat customers and know the staff on a first name basis which implies a very high level of satisfaction. I bought my partner a facial for her birthday and she loved it, she kept going on about how soft her skin was and how relaxing the experience had been. Definitely recommend this place.

I have just rediscovered some photos from before I started my journey at Mooi & WOW it looks like a different person. My skin was constantly prone to massive breakouts and on the minimal time I wasn't breaking out I couldn't hide the residual scaring. Mooi has transformed my skin and my confidence in my skin. I’ve started going to Mooi for me eyebrows - they finally look great after years of growing them out and trying new places to get them done! The staff are super lovely on reception and the therapists are super gentle and so informative. They take their time which helps in feeling more settled about the quality of their service. I had my first signature duo facial with them this week and it’s hands down the best facial I have had ! My skin use to be problematic when I was younger and the advice given to my by my therapist was informative on how best I can take care of my skin now to keep it looking healthy. Honestly the over all experience with their staff members, therapists and service they provided was a 10/10!

Absolutely amazing service!! There was an issue with my booking which meant it didn’t go through. The staff owned up to the mistake and managed to fit me in super last minute anyways! They even gave me a little gift to apologise which was so kind!! Had a beautiful and relaxing massage. Highly recommend! I’ll definitely be back soon. Thank you!!
