Kalun shes awesome, shes passionate and super experienced. Collected all my requirements and offered best advice that would suit the place. She went above and beyond. Happy customer and highly recommend.

Customer service is rude. Busy chit chatting with her coworker and not helping at all. Ask me go find myself the product, if I have the knowledge why would I ask ?

I have dealt with Kalun couple of times, she is very professional and nice to deal with. She always provide useful advice and calculate tile quantity right. Her services are super, highly recommended !!

Visited Tile Depot Albany and received wonderful help from Kalun. She went out of her way to help us select a suitable tile and quickly calculated the tiles required to lay in our holiday home. Arrangements were made for collection when required. A complete service, much appreciated.

We had been to several other tile places but should have come here straight away! So many tiles to choose from! We couldn't make up our mind so got 3 samples, free of charge. Excellent service from Ruth! This is THE place to go if you're in the market for tiles!

Waited four plus weeks for an item that I paid for and was told would take days to arrive. Called to enquire - it is on its way but we don't know where it is. Called again - it has arrived but we can't find it. Don't use Tile Depot Albany if you have a deadline on your project and / or lack infinite patience.

Terrible experience. Wasted a lot of our time and $ with giving us 2nd grade tiles at full price. No compensation offered either.

Extremely disappointed with the service. I ordered and paid for tiles in March. I live very close to the shop and was happy to take the tiles in a couple of car loads, they would not allow this and said they had to be delivered and charged $90 to do so. I never complained about this.The tiles were delivered, due to materials not being available no Gib etc, the project was delayed greatly by around 10 weeks. When the tiles were opened 1 box was cracked and so unusable. I never complained about this.I had 1 full unopened box which I took back to day to return only to be told you have to return within 2 weeks of purchase. In todays market with no control over materials this is completely unrealistic. They were unhelpful and dismissive.I will never use them again. Another provider had provided the tiles for the main bathroom 4 or so mths prior- the bathroom reno again took a long time due to the same reasons, end of the job saw about 8 boxes too many tiles. I went back to the company full refund no questions.My tiler recommended tile depot, they were closer so more convenient. NEVER AGAIN.

Highly recommend this store. Very friendly & helpful team members. Great selection of tiles. Last day of November sale so really pleased with price.
