Love this spot, I always go for eyebrows (wax), upper lip and forehead, along with bleach and Hydro facial. Its my favourite part of the month. I miss going here, Jassi didi was the best. Too bad I moved to Melbourne.

I have been to that shop many times, they are some good girls there, but I notice their attitude is good only when the boss is there, when she is having a day off, some of them becomes rude. I had a bad experience with one of them, she was deliberately rude. I will never step up there. When you give your money away you expect a good customer services.

Just amazing , I can't say enough. They are friendly , professional and very knowledgeable. Every time the visit us such a pleasure , always feel so revitalized , keep doing the great job u guys are doing, Team Sajjan

I highly recommend this place for eyebrow threading and waxing. Their waxing is affordable, it only cost me about 160 for full body waxing INCLUDING Brazilian! So I think that’s a great deal. It’s always clean and the staff are welcoming and comforting. I also highly recommend Jessy for waxing especially if it’s your first time, she is professional and knows what she is doing and she does it with speed so it doesn’t hurt as much. I have many other salons closer to my home but I choose to come here from how great it is!

Honestly,The worst experience of my life today!!If your’e the owner I want you to read this.I’ve had an operation today for my arm, I wanted my eyebrows cleaned as I haven’t had them done for a while now.I’m also in this profession and even if I’m crazy busy or quiet I give my best everytime to all my colleagues and customers. Today I walked in and this girl ( I don’t know her name) but she worked today. Skinny Indian girl with thick NICE eyebrows.I always look at someone’s eyebrows when I get mine done cause I love to do what I do. I’ve worked for benefit in newmarket and know everything there is about eyebrows. I’m not boasting but expressing my love for it. And if someone is in this profession I’d expect my eyebrows to look good and the person to make me feel beautiful once I walk out. I walked in she told me to take a seat, said eyebrows? And that’s it. She started threading and I had to tell her to clean the upper sides and soon as she finished my right eyebrow she did my left one and I felt my right eyebrow also getting pulled. I paid my $8 and said thank you and no mirror was handed to me to have a look.My skin wasn’t even cleansed before she began her job. I got to my car looked in the mirror and my right eyebrow was STUFFED! The straight line I had underneath became like a heart rate monitor line! I’m attaching a photo because I will never step foot in here again. She ruined my evening and my eyebrows. Yes I know they will grow back but it’s about giving the customer a great experience and also making her feel beautiful once she’s all tidied up. As I mentioned above I love what I do. She clearly doesn’t. That’s why today this has happened to me.

Clean and relaxing environment...Satisfied with their services...Jassi did my hydra facial and root touch up and she was really good in her work.

very poor customer service. There is a young girl there who is really rude mostly wearing black. She has no respect or friendly attitude toward customers. The other time, I asked to get my eyebrows bleached and once I looked in the mirror to check the results the other girl working there made them tinted, then the boss told me you need to come next time and ask for bleach again but she wanted me to pay the tinting price. I really do not like the work there and also the customer service. not recommended at all. don't waste your time and money.

Been a customers for past 2years. Great Customer Service...Girls know what i know and best part its done in 5mins...There service is great..always do facial with them and i can see difference.ThanksTha

I had very bad acne beginning of last year and came to Aunty Manjit and the ladies at Sajjan. Aunty guaranteed me that my skin would clear if I carried on with her - I trusted her and my skin did clear! I even bought the products recommend - aunt was very honest and told me what was best for me. 11 years in NZ and no one has been able to clear my skin let alone guarantee! The ladies at Sajjan - Jassi, Baljinder, Bindu and Rashmi have all helped me with treatments in some way or the other and are all absolutely fantabulous!!! I would highly recommend going here if you need a facial or even to get your brows threaded! You won't be let down. If you saw me today and me a year ago, you would not believe I was the same person with the same skin. Thank you for giving me clear skin back and making me feel confident again! Also, have to say everyone at Sajjan is absolutely lovely and are always kind and down for a chat. Much love to all of you and thank you so much again for all you have done for me!
