I can talk to the mechanics directly, not ambushed by a desk jockey who has no idea what I'm talking about. They have, and are happy to use, many second hand parts available so I needn't wait six months for BMW NZ to get enough orders to get a shipment in. Great service, nice peeps.

Great service ! My somewhat neglected bike needed the carbs cleaning and fettling. MM were recommended and didnt disappoint. Thanks, now on to the rest of the rebuild.

I needed a Tyre replacement in a hurry. I phoned all over without any progress. It was Friday before a long weekend. Then I phoned these guys. You’d have thought I’d been a long lost friend. They fitted me in between jobs and gave me great service. My next bike is a BMW and I am buying from Bay Motorcycles.
