I'm a newbie to home growing and practically knew nothing on how to successfully grow herbs and microgreens , so i really had no idea on what i needed until these girls helped me out. They explained plant lights, growing seasons and growing mediums to me so i had a way better idea of what to grow at home. Super helpful and knowledgeable girls for beginner growers like me

If i owned this business it would be time to close it down and find something else to do or at least get some staff that would be a better ambassador for your business as the girl I spoke to was hopeless, I'll be getting my supplies from Auckland which is more of a hassle but I won't have to deal with a complete muppet!!

Great inshop experience. Staff are very friendly and polite. Offering quality advice on their range of products. Prepare to spend atleast 10 minutes browsing takibg in all the interesting setups on display!

The most inconsistently stocked store Ive ever encountered. Its a shame because the staff are lovely, its clean and well lit. Pre-Covid they were still as bad. They constantly run out of the basics for weeks at a time. It forces customers to seek alternative suppliers and eventually makes you irrelevant.
