NZCTech are experts in Mac repair! They have a huge variety of components in stock in the back of the store, and they know their customers well. Whether you're a basic user or a professional engineer like me, their knowledge will impress you. I was also really thankful for the honesty of their sales: when a part would cost less online, they told me that! I bought a replacement battery for my MacBook Pro 2014 Retina, fitted it myself, and am using it now as I type this review. They were also very generous with broken parts for testing purposes. They're well known to the other stores in Auckland, and do contract repairs for some of them. So don't waste your time - bring your devices to NZCTech and you'll have a quick repair at a fair price!

Another happy customer here! These guys replaced the battery in my Macbook Air in just 15 minutes. I asked around and received quotes from 6 different companies, and NZC was not only the cheapest ($207) but had the quickest turn-around of anyone. They were professional and communicative, and the battery's great so far - I can finally use my laptop without having to plug it in!!

Fixed my macbook pro keyboard problem within few hours. And very helpful when I called just for enquiring about laptop hard drive upgrade. These people are definently the most professional in the cbd area from how fast they figure out the solutions and cost compared to when I called up other computer services stores they sounded like they have no idea.

SUCH INCREDIBLE SERVICE!I popped in yesterday to have my laptop fixed and they were so lovely and fast in solving the issue (within 15 minutes). Really generous and kind people who genuinely want to help. especially in a time where the world is so turbulent they were willing to extend my warranty for my laptops issue which I did not expect and am so incredible grateful for :)The guy even helped answer other random questions I had about future proofing and deciding on what computer I should buy next with genuine interest in helping me make the right decision.I HIGHLY recommend and this is my absolute go to place for any computer advice and problems. They are so trustworthy and kindhearted people and such reasonably priced too for their services.

Jason and the team are very professional and they have a team of highly skilled technicians for Mac & PC related issues. They won't say we will send you device to another shop & it will take 3-5 working days and this will the diagnostic cost.One of the best thing about NZC is that they will give you a straight up advice on the spot and repairs if small are done within an hour or within a day or two depending on the severity. They are very fast and effective.I had a grey screen issue on my Mac and Jason gave me a very good price and repaired it within few hours.Highly recommend for everyone in New Zealand.

I came into the shop to have the spacebar checked out, because when I was cleaning it from dust it stopped working. The serviceman said I needed to replace the entire keyboard! $300+! Immediately he assumed that also the trackpad needed replacing. I told him it's dust. You know what? Get a second opinion. I went to another shop and it took 2 minutes to correct for free. I will not be coming to this shop again, a) serviceman did not listen well b) tried to convince me the whole keyboard needed replacing! and here I am typing from the macbook pro right now. He also said other shops were likely to say the same thing. Wrong :)
