A sports park inclusive of King Edward Park that is rated a Park of National Significance and understandably.The sports grounds and facilities are first rate and modern. This compliments the flower and historic both native and introduced magnificent huge trees, displayed in the manner of its named era and providing horticultural, family, educational, hobbyists, sport, rest & recreational quiet & peaceful environments allways with beautiful seasonal flowers.

Popular little park with plenty to do and see. Play area fire kids with lots of flower bed and a duck pond. Interesting statutes also.

Good old Hicks park...home now of the Hub which is a multi-sports complex.It's lost its character of days gone by, but still a pretty good venue to watch some sport including the mighty Southern Sharks
