Ben, from Magnum Mac, is a star! He offers a mobile service around the city and carries out repairs and maintenance of your tech gear in your own home office. I have called on him three times to date and on each occasion he was in my home within a couple of hours. He is responsive, knowledgeable and an all round good guy. I recommend him unreservedly.

I can't speak highly enough of Ben's help today. What I initially thought was a power charger issue with my MacBook Air - he helped me source a new one over the phone- was discovered to potentially be something else. Ben made time in his busy schedule to visit and sort the issue out. He was incredibly professional, friendly, open and helpful throughout and went out of his way in a way I have rarely experienced before. Thank you, Ben.
