Pebble Beach Motor Inn

Clean and tidy room, had most of everything we needed. Awesome view. Comfortable beds. We loved the spa in the main room.Would have been great to have extra bedding. Deco is a little outdated and it was 5pm when we had arrived so we were surprised that the laundry had already closed.

Five stars is not enough for this hotel hubby and i booked a room for last weekend and it was amazing nice fresh clean room the spa was amazing and the kind and friendly service was amazing they made check in so easy even for us coming all the way from auckland, will defiantly be booking again this time we are brining the kids!!!

Clean and comfortable with a balcony looking out over the ocean. Only real downside is that they allow smoking on the balcony. The people on the balcony next to ours are chain smokers which means we can’t use the balcony or open the doors or windows.

We stayed 3 nights in 2 different rooms. The 1st room was nice but we had no hot water at all, due to an apparent known problem with the gas system in this room. Obviously, cleaners must use cold water to clean, wash dishes... That was quite disappointing as we could not shower our kids or use the spa ! We tried to talk to someone, but no one was at reception (they had a sign on the reception door with a cell phone number - no one picked up). The 2nd room was better as we had hot water- yeah ! Cleaning was not great with bags of opened chips in the drawers and dirty undies in the kid's room. Rooms are spacious and the view over the ocean is great. It is a shame as those little issues are disappointing and could be easily fixed. The receptionist said sorry for the hot water trouble but did not even offer any compensation of any kind.

This is definitely one of the best deals I ever got. The room was super fancy and had more than I needed for my stay. Moreover, its central location close to the city centre and the ocean makes it an even better option when visiting Napier.

Just wow hotel, whether it’s ocean view, spa in suite, location, cleanliness, room quality. We had a good one day stay. Free car parking, awesome kids playground in 200m what else you need, highly recommended. Reception ladies were very polite.

5 stars for the location and polite staff but that would be it. The rooms while clean are extremely dated, carpets in the room shredding to pieces, bathroom seat broken, beds are more like a trampoline. So much potential to do better.

This has by far been the best value for money hotel I've seen in NZ! Absolutely loved it! Great friendly service, the rooms are clean, the soap bath is AMAZING! You have everything you need and more! Not far from the city center and free parking! Can't wait to stay again!

Really lovely room, super clean and comfy bed. One of the best motels I’ve stayed at. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
