Had a great experience with JP Franklin Roofing, had my old concrete tile roof replaced by a great team of roofers. Communication was excellent and everything done to a high quality of workmanship. From edge protection to total site clean up, everything was done exactly as I was told it would be. I highly recommend them to anyone in the future.

Refreshing to do business with this company. From first contact to completion of work I found the company, as a whole, to be highly professional. All employees i interacted with were courteous, and helpful. Always on time! On site were efficient , quality work, Definitely recommend these guys.

They came recommended from a friend who had a good experience.Unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience. They came out without telling me so I wasn't on site to show them where the leak was on the inside of the house or attic. They supposedly did work on the roof, based on where I thought the problem might be, but are yet to tell me what they did. The next rain storm the roof still leaked.Despite paying the invoice promptly I've had no response on clarifying what was actually done or a return visit to resolve the leak.I've had to to reach out to another roofer to get the work done.

Initially it was a great, very informative and we thought the problem will get solved. Then it just all went downhill from there and turns into a nightmare. The Paint job is just horrible. Not only it did not solve the problem but made it worse. Whenever the owner invoices us, we paid it off immediately, in total we spent about 11K. It's not a small money hence we do think we deserve some explanations.We have now sent several emails and texts to the owner. Receive NO reply.
