10 mins to place order with no one really in store. Even longer to get the food. Go through the drive thru if you want service.

Love this place normally but tonight had to wait 20min for our meals then when our burgers arrived the emphasis bbq burger had only 2 onion rings in it and they were so hard you couldn’t even chew them and the second burger had no sauce in it. Very disappointing.

Ordered in Drive thru and told to park to the side on yellow lines and wait for order to be brought out. No one else in drive thru at the time. Waited 15min then hopped out and walk in store .... Order was sitting there and I was totally disappointed when I got back to the car to cold food. Normally I would of approached them about cold food but unfortunately I had an appointment i needed to attend. Not good. Value for money and customer service goes a long way but not in this case !

I ordered my Burger with no tomato due to being allergic. However there was tomato in the Burger.Upon exit I mentioned to the staff member that they should be more aware of food allergies because someone who has a serious reaction could die. The Staff Member FOUND THAT FUNNY AND LAUGHED!!! OUTRAGEOUSLY BAD!!!

2/6/23 @ approx. 6pm, We just went through the drive through to order 2x Western Bacon burger combo with 5x chicken tenders and a Bacon and Aoli Criss Cut combo and it was cooked ABSOLUTELY PERFECTLY. ALL of it was delicious and cooked to PERFECTION, ALL staff working tonight need to be praised as you ALL have done an amazing job. ALL of it was ABSOLUTELY YUMMY We surley will be back.

There's no stores in Wellington so having come up here for a holiday and having this for dinner was absolutely amazing. The servers were very well rounded and diligent and the food was absolutely fantastic. 10/10. :)

Good presentation of food just found the service a little slow and could of been more thorough with clearing and wiping tables
