Innovation Car Park

First time user, abt 2wks ago, Early bird $9 all day covered parking, grt price. Of course plenty of parks at 7am good experience. I was alittle unsure to park on 2nd level but asked asked a driver across from me, yeah algd. I would park here again.

For a place to park your car it works, but on a regular basis all the payment machines will go offline. The customer service desk is awful. You tell them the machines aren’t working and you can’t get out and they respond with “have you paid the ticket?” 30 minutes wait with over 30 vehicles all waiting to leave a car park at 6 o’clock in the evening. Only alternative is Wilsons Parking though, so what can you do....?

Don't ever park here, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They will lock you inside this carpark & never let you out if there is an issue with your payment. Terrible terrible service, after calling for assistance numerous times, they offered zero assistance & we're very uneducated towards where their locations are - I had been told the carpark I was in didn't exist. Totally rude and bad communicators. Thank you for locking me in your carpark.

No star here!!!Don't park here, cars are constantly broken into, having your windows smashed and a car you can't use until its fixed is not ideal, security cameras don't work.The lift doesn't work, apparently due to the rain, but it hasn't worked for a week now. (Not ideal if you have to park on the 14th floor and have lots to carry down or going back up)The boom gate doesn't work (have been stuck in it for 30 mins)Customer service!!! There is none.Cars don't park in their allocated spot, quite often the reserved floors have no cars in them. (where are they parking?)I advise is to drive up the road and use the much better automated one on Litchfield Street, with plenty of parks and a working lift...(Wilsons)

Unbelievably rude customer service. If your system is not working that isn't my fault, the condescending attitude doesn't help anyone. Don't tell me paywave is never an option to pay with at the gate, I pay with paywave there every day.

Hello, I had come to Christchurch on the 26 December, 2022…due to some billing problems I was not able to pay the parking charges and I was told by the assistant at the intercom that someone would call me regarding the payment…the bill amount was around 4$ and I would like to settle the payment…please help me with the same.

Access to the parking building via a small lane. The ramps are very narrow and the car parks are very close to each other. Les mills members get to park here for 2hrs for free when their car park is full. The gate was broken so there was no charge for everyone for the day and it was fairly full at 10am. Full day parking is $14 not competitive compared to closeby car parks but way more crowded than other places.

Queueing for 17 minutes to get out of the car park and still waiting!

The building has made noticeable improvement from the previous times I have used it. I was pleased to see this.

Don't park here!!! I've been stuck here on multiple occasions due to a faulty exit gate, if you think the customer service will help you guess again it's a one in a million chance they'll actually pick up.
