Jonesy Car Storybook Series

If anyone is thinking of what books to get for their kids to be engrossed in, then the books in the Jonesy series sure fit the bill. The illustrations are wonderful, the story line is fantastic and well written and best of all they are from a NZ author. My little nephew just loves reading them when he comes to visit. Cant wait for the next one to be released. 5 stars for sure!!!

The Jonesy Car books are just a delight! Diverse, exciting, thought-provoking and funny, Jonesy's adventures embrace a whole range of imaginative, informative journeys and encounters- and all with that 'quirk' factor that young people love. The illustrations perfectly complement the 'tone', warmth, colour, humour and sense of fun in the stories/episodes. As an ex-Deputy Principal/teacher, it's so clear to me that Jonesy's escapades will resonate with and engage/stimulate the children who are lucky enough to get the opportunity to read them- the 'youngster in me' has certainly enjoyed them immensely!

I have given these to lots of children and they all have enjoyed learning to read them and the colourful pages are full of intrigue. A pleasure to give such a great childrens book.
